Completing online check-in ahead of time will expedite your arrival and embarkation process. Guests who do not complete this process may experience a delay at the terminal for embarkation. Access to online check-in begins at 90 days prior to your sail date and it must be completed no later than midnight the day before your sail date. It’s best to complete online check-in as soon as you are able to do so. To complete online check-in log into your account on the Carnival website, click Cruise Manager, and scroll down to My To-do List. You can also access online check-in using the Carnival Hub App on your mobile device.
Guest Information
You must provide and/or verify the following information:
- legal name (first and last) as it appears on your travel documents, date of birth, gender, telephone number, address
- emergency contactnot traveling with you
- travel document you are bringing (passport number, ID number and birth certificate, etc.)
- travel plans for before and after cruise – driving or flying
- select an arrival window (usually 1/2 hour) during which you will arrive at the cruise terminal
Onboard Expense Account
Your onboard expense account can be set up using a credit/debit card or cash. I highly recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card when possible, as there will be holds placed on your card which can cause problems for some guests using a debit card. An onboard expense account must be created for ALL guests, even if they are not given charging privileges.
Cruise Preferences
Select your preferred bedding arrangements – 2 twins or 1 king
Cruise Ticket Contract
Carnival’s Terms and Conditions must be reviewed thoroughly. To complete online check-in, you must agree to the cruise ticket contract.
Once online check-in is complete, I’ll be able to print your cruise documents including your boarding pass and luggage tags. These documents will be mailed to you a few weeks before your sail date.
