A Pair of Ears Travel is a Disney focused agency.
We are looking for qualified “Disney Enthusiasts” to join our award winning team.

Ideal applicants should have/be ALL of the following:

✔️Visited Disney Destinations a minimum of 5 times within the last 5 years.

✔️ An expert level of Disney Park knowledge

✔️ Planned vacations for friends and family

✔️Been called the “Disney Expert” by your coworkers or friends

✔️ Strong communication skills both written and verbal

✔️Active user on social media with an established following

✔️Comfortable marketing yourself on social media

✔️Comfortable with technology

✔️Eager to work in a competitive field

Agents with A Pair of Ears Travel will work from home, set their own hours, and form their own client base. Agents are required to complete a curriculum designed by A Pair of Ears Travel. This includes online courses and one-on-one virtual trainings.   All agents are independent contractors. This position is commission based.

We receive hundreds of applications and only pick a select few to join our team of elite agents.
