If you arrive before check-in, the resort will hold your luggage and deliver it to your room so you can begin your all- inclusive vacation right away. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. If your flight departs later, you can also leave your luggage at the desk and spend as much time as possible beside the sea, soaking up the sun.

Private airport transfers in a luxury car is available at an additional cost for all guests. Please call 1-888-SANDALS or contact your agent for more information. Round-trip transfers in air-conditioned buses are included.

Remember this is an all inclusive Sandals experience. If you need anything, just ask. If you have a concern, ask to speak with one of the resort managers.

Be sure to check when the daily orientation meetings will be. They last about 30 minutes and we strongly suggest attending. They will explain how to set up diving, golf, restaurant reservations and will give you an idea of the activities. The resorts have gift shops for your convenience. Ask also about exchange privileges with the other Sandals resorts. Please ask questions at the resort so you know how to take advantage of all that Sandals has to offer.

Although everything is included you may also want to enjoy optional on-site and off-site experiences, spa treatments, and make phone calls or purchases in our gift shops. You should bring a major credit card for these purchases as all Sandals are cashless resorts. We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover Card® and Traveler’s cheques.
